Conflict of interest Once an appointment is scheduled, RAALC always conduct an integral conflict-of-interest check to verify that the Law Firm can accept the assignment. Notwithstanding such checks, circumstances may arise that prevent the Law Firm from acting for the Client in an existing, ongoing or future matter. In these situations, the rules of professional conduct regulating conflicts of interest apply, and the Law Firm will not accept the assignment.

Assignment and Signing of the legal services agreement RAALC ensures and believes in maintaining high standards of professional legal advice, ultimately reaching to client gratification. Once the client is satisfied with the legal opinion, RAALC enters into a formal legal services agreement with the client with a detailed executive, summary of the matter, course of work, blue print of plan of action, levied professional fees and out of pocket disbursements.
Authorising under the Power of Attorney The Power of Power of Attorney! The Power of Attorney or the POA will rightfully authorise a person of eligibility to act under and on behalf of the authorising party. Once the legal services agreement is executed by the client, RAALC will provide you with the draft of the POA, with the authority to RAALC and its advocates and lawyers to act on behalf of the client. The POA grants powers for legal representation before the UAE Courts at different levels;the DIFCCourts; UAE Arbitration Centres, various committees; tribunals; rental disputes committee; for setting up or forming a company before the competent authorities whether it is a mainland or free zones; for representing before negotiations and amicable settlements.
Obtaining the entire case file and documents UAE’s smart law firm, practices Go Green! RAALC works on the lines of web-based application to support our clients. The client can view the customer portal and check the entire case details, status of the matter, documents submitted, latest developments. The client will be supplied with the login details to RAALC’s Customer Portal to upload the case file and documents.
