Bio

Salah completed his bachelor of law from the Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. He has been enrolled in the Egyptian Bar Association as a practicing member since 1983. He has been registered to practice as an attorney before the Court of Cassation, the Supreme Administrative Court, and the Supreme Constitutional Court in Egypt. He also is a member of the Arab Bar Association and the International Bar Association. Salah has undergone a specialized course for preparing as an international arbitrator from the Cairo International Arbitration Center.

Salah has been appearing before all the courts of various degrees and representing for matters such as civil, commercial, workers and labor, administrative, criminal, personal status, real estate, military courts in Egypt. He has intensive experience and knowledge of the legal system in Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Salah also enjoys acute experience in drafting and preparing contracts of various types and drafting and preparing notes, understandings, and legal correspondence.

Serving as the Senior Legal Advisor at RAALC, Salah plays a significant role in the development of the skill of finding solutions for all criminal cases and dealing with problems of personal status issues. As a top attorney, he studies the case with an open eye, prepares the defense and the witnesses for the Court, and also drafts legal regulations and memorandums.

He enjoys over 36 years of experience in the legal field. During his 14 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates, he served as the legal adviser to many companies, law firms, and clients who represented them before various state courts.

At RAALC, Salah handles dealing with the complex issues of different types of cases, providing clients with the necessary consultation on their issues, completing the documents related to it and completing the necessary formalities. Through his commitment to this role, he has helped our company enhance client servicing. Salah is fluent in Arabic and English.
