BioSameh graduated from the Faculty of Law, Alex University, in 2013, obtaining his bachelor’s in law. Later on, in 2014, he obtained a degree in International Arbitration that enabled him to work as an international arbitration lecturer and adviser.
Working in different law firms across UAE, Sameh gained full experience in all legal procedures such as commercial, civil, labor, rental, attending expert sessions, repossession, and sale on the mortgage. And also knows the functioning of the local and federal courts. Being an Associate at RAALC, Sameh excels at overseeing the precautionary attachments and enforcement proceedings for our esteemed clients. He specializes in police stations in the Northern Emirates.
He is also registered with the Egyptian Bar Association and also handles the execution of the foreign verdicts and the verdicts given by DIAC and DIFC. He has strong critical thinking and analytical skills accompanied by his proven experience; he is one of the highly skilled legal researchers of administrative matters RAALC has to offer.
Sameh is always eager to improve himself by learning from the mistakes and by being an active member of the team and sharing his knowledge with new recruiters. He also speaks Arabic, English, and Urdu.
