Bio

A 2020 graduate of Mumbai University, Erum joined RAALC demonstrating excellent experience with corporate and commercial transactions. She works closely with our clients and regularly provides advisory and legal opinions on construction, commercial transactions, corporate operations, bankruptcy and restructuring and amicable settlements for debt recovery. She has a knack for writing and excels at drafting contracts, agreements, due diligence reports, legal notices and claims.
During her academic career, Erum focused on intellectual property and entertainment laws and has collaborated with senior counsels and advocates representing megacorps and SMEs in front of the district courts, sessions courts and High Courts in Bombay. Having worked with Law Firms in India and UAE, she is well-versed in Indian and UAE laws, regulations and procedures. An avid reader, Erum is constantly up to date with the latest laws and amendments being introduced in the UAE jurisdiction.
She is a team player and acts as a support system to the Head of Corporate with the day-to-day legal transactions. Her inquisitive nature and attention to detail equip her with the ability to continually improve her skills and practice to assist clients appropriately.
