Bio

Assem is a legal associate for both the medical malpractice and personal injury practice areas. He prepares and processes legal documents such as motions, complaints, summons, subpoenas, discovery, and disclosure of experts. He assists the attorneys in their trial preparation and organization and documentation.

As the team prepares for litigation and eventually trial, it is Assem’s job to prepare medical records binders, expense binders, arbitration books, trial binders, mediation books and he also schedules depositions.

He is an expert when it comes in reviewing information and starting a preliminary investigation about the client’s claim, determining the value of the claim, the responsible parties and finally handling court presentations. He has an incredible connection to medical professionals which are helpful in developing arguments for the case.
