Bio

Amir is an experienced litigation lawyer serving his passion for fighting legal battles day in and day out. He holds a bachelor's in law in the year 2009, and subsequently, he underwent a certification for UAE arbitration and conciliation laws in 2012. Currently, serving as a Senior Associate at RAALC for four years now, Amir is one of the main pillars of the litigation department.

His extensive experience, self-motivation, and innovation skills that enable him to research all the issues have helped RAALC on many fronts. He excels in ensuring the establishment of execution writ. From filing for precautionary proceedings to representing relevant executory attachments before UAE courts, Amir Wadih monitors and takes care of every aspect of the execution of judgments.

He has extensive experience, self-motivation, and innovation skills that enable him to research all the issues, as well as unique time management skills with highly developed organizational capabilities.

He can follow up and monitor the implementation of the settlements in collaboration with his colleagues in the department. He has the experience of working with the team to identify deficiencies in legal data while also seeking to resolve them. He is also registered with the Egyptian Bar Association. Amir is fluent in English and Arabic.
