Bio

Zaur graduated from Astrakhan State Technical University in 2012 and holds a degree in Jurisprudence. During his academic career, Zaur demonstrated exceptional social activism and wrote and published many detailed research reports on environmental issues such as seizure of land for state and municipal needs on the example of the Olympic Games Sochi 2014, Organizational and legal measures to prevent environmental crimes and Anti-Terrorism laws in the Journal of the Annual Student Conference ASTU 2011. Zaur is a passionate and motivated Lawyer, who started his journey as an assistant lawyer in 2010 and grew into an independent lawyer with his own private practice once he graduated. With over 10 years of experience in the Russian business market, he has demonstrated his skills in commercial and corporate law. He has represented clients in the district courts, high courts, supreme courts as well as arbitration in the Russian jurisdiction.
Zaur not only specialises in commercial transactions but he is also experienced in dispute resolution, mediation, Maritime laws, insurance claims, construction laws, real estate and Information technology.
At RAALC, Zaur showcases his expertise as a Corporate Counsel for the niche Russian Market in UAE. He is well versed with the Russian, Azeri, English and has an intermediate knowledge of the Ukrainian, Belarusian and Turkish language.
