Bio

Kate holds a degree in Bachelor of Business Management and Information Management and Information Systems from the Shanghai Maritime University in 2012. She then pursued and completed a Master of Arts in International Politics, Economics and Communications from Aoyama Gakuin University in 2016. Kate further pursued her love for law by completing the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2015 Kate is fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese as she has taken a Japanese language course from the Fuji International Language Institute, Tokyo, Japan, in 2014.

Originally belonging to China, she enjoys more than four years of experience in the fields of finance research, tax consultancy, and due diligence. Kate has worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions Data Research Analyst for the Chinese and the Japanese market, where she has picked up the experience of producing detailed case studies and trend reports as far as the M&A sector is concerned. She then went on to work as a business development executive, where she was responsible for providing consultancy services to Chinese representatives in the country for due diligence, auditing, taxation, business structuring, and many others.

Working as a Corporate Consultant at RAALC, she focuses on assisting our clients with their company struggles and business matters. Her vast industry exposure helps her with efficiently overseeing all the corporate legal requirements of our clients. Kate excels at handling even the most complex and complicated internal control cases for our clients. With a great command over Chinese and Japanese languages, she can effectively deal with Chinese and Japanese clients.
